Job overview: 🔍

Garage&co is looking for a motivated and skilled prototyping intern, currently studying for a Masters in Robotics or Electrical Engineering. In this hands-on role, you'll play a key role in helping our hardtech startups turn their innovative ideas into reality through prototyping and development.

Key responsibilities: 🤖

  • Collaborate with startup teams to understand their prototyping needs in robotics and electrical engineering.
  • Help design and develop prototypes, applying your knowledge of robotics and/or electrical engineering.
  • Test and troubleshoot prototypes, providing valuable feedback for improvements.
  • Participate in research to keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in robotics and electrical engineering.

Qualifications: 🎓

  • Currently enrolled in a master's program in robotics, electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of the principles of robotics and electrical engineering.
  • Practical experience with prototyping tools and techniques a plus (Solidwork suite an asset)
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and contribute in a dynamic startup environment.
